Fraport Baltimore Partnership LLC has partnered with Ernst Valery, Founder and President of Ernst Valery Investments Corp. (EVI), who has led the private real estate investment firm in investing in underserved and undervalued emerging domestic real estate markets, defined as urban transitional areas with high residential and retail demand.

Mr. Valery’s extensive experience in affordable and market rate housing development and investment, including providing due diligence capabilities and extensive skills in budget planning, design development, marketing, and the supervision and guidance of contractors, architects and engineers, puts him and EVI as one of the top urban transitional experts in the country.

Since formation, EVI has expanded its focus to include investing in small business development, particularly women and minority owned businesses. EVI maintains strategic relationships with a network of seasoned local developers and small business owners who work in emerging markets in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC.
