Locally-Operated Unit Now Open on Concourse C
BALTIMORE, May 11, 2015 – Travelers at the AIRMALL at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall) can now enjoy fresh-baked bagels, delicious coffee, signature sandwiches and healthy fare, including salads, soups and smoothies at the new Einstein Bros. Bagels. Operated by Gaithersburg, MD-based Maryland Concessions, Einstein Bros. is now open on Concourse C, providing an additional highquality quick serve offering for travelers.

Einstein Bros. bakes bagels in-store every day to ensure quality and freshness. Customers are encouraged to pair them with signature double-whipped shmear to create their own flavor combinations. In addition, Einstein Bros. offers specialty egg sandwiches, signature sandwiches, “build-your-own” deli sandwiches, fresh chopped salads and soups. Customers looking for healthier choices will appreciate a variety of items on Einstein’s Smart Choices menu, including the ThintasticTM Club sandwich, mixed berry smoothie and low-fat fruit, yogurt and granola parfait. Travelers looking for a delicious morning cup of coffee will enjoy Einstein’s selection of freshly-brewed coffee, lattes and espresso.
Located on Concourse C, Einstein Bros. Bagels will be open daily from 5am-8pm.
