Working closely with the AIRMALL USA executive team, Gluck will spearhead efforts to secure additional concessions contracts for AIRMALL throughout North America as well as assisting in bringing new and exciting concepts to partner airports.

“At AIRMALL USA, we pride ourselves on employing industry veterans who know and understand our business model and the true value that it brings to airports,” said Mark Knight, president of AIRMALL USA. “Alan knows and understands our model and how it can help airports to achieve their financial goals. Prior to that, he served as the aviation business manager for concessions for the Broward County Aviation Department, where he was responsible for growing revenue and enhancing the concessions program at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Gluck’s experience also includes serving both as deputy director and acting director for the Office of Commercial Management at the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA), which operates Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).

“AIRMALL has set the industry standard for high-quality, high-performing airport concessions across North America with our successful programs in Pittsburgh, Boston, Baltimore and Cleveland,” Knight added. “With Alan on board, we will continue our focus on growing our business, and we’ll do it by working with more airports that see the value in putting the passenger first when it comes to airport concessions.”
