Fresh Sushi, Authentic Asian Cuisine On the Menu for Travelers at Gachi House of Sushi, Now Open at the AIRMALL® at BWI

Restaurant Promotes an “Eat Fresh, Live Healthy” Philosophy; Opens Two Units at BWI

BALTIMORE, October 26, 2012 – AIRMALL® USA, the leading airport concessions developer in North America and operator of the AIRMALL at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), is bringing freshly prepared sushi to hungry travelers. Gachi House of Sushi has opened two units exclusively at BWI. The main restaurant (441 sq. ft.) is located on Concourse A, and a grab-and-go unit (112 sq. ft.) is now open on Concourse B.

Whether travelers want to sit and enjoy a made-to-order sushi roll with Japanese sake, or grab quick, authentic Asian cuisine before their flight, Gachi House of Sushi has a variety of fresh and healthy offerings that travelers are sure to enjoy any time of day.”

The main location of Gachi House of Sushi (located on Concourse A) features made-toorder specialty sushi rolls and a variety of signature dishes, including Frushi (fruit sushi) rolls, Ceviche trio, Tuna Carpaccio, Hamachi Tataki, Maguro Tower and Spring Roll Salad. Those with early morning flights can enjoy a variety of breakfast sushi rolls (Brushi) such as Norwegian smoked salmon with egg and cheese, ham with egg and cheese, and steamed shumai, along with freshly brewed coffee. The restaurant offers travelers a comfortable seating area as well as several varieties of Japanese sake, wine and beer. A grab-and-go option is also available.

The Gachi House of Sushi grab and go unit on Concourse B offers travelers a selection of breakfast rolls (Brushi) and other selections. It also offers a variety of pre-packaged items throughout the day, including Asian sub sandwiches and Asian salad. The unit is proud to use eco-friendly packaging. Both Gachi House of Sushi locations will be open to travelers daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Gachi House of Sushi is operated by Dan’s Food Service Corp.
