BAA Boston AIRMALL® Hosts Tryst Chef Paul Turano at Dine Boston Visiting Chefs Event

BOSTON, March 20, 2006 – BAA Boston, developer and manager of the AIRMALL® at Logan International Airport, partnered with the AIRMALL®’s Dine Boston restaurant to offer travelers a taste of Boston’s best cooking. Paul Turano, Head Chef at Tryst, is the latest chef to create new menu items as part of the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program. The new items will be available from March to May.

Everyone who visits the airport, whether flying or meeting, will have the opportunity to sample Chef Turano’s tasty creations, as Dine Boston is situated just outside of security. And since Chef Turano is one of the top chefs in all of Boston, there is now one more reason to come to the airport.

“We are excited to have local culinary greats like Paul Turano in the AIRMALL® to prepare gourmet dishes with Boston flavor,” said Mike Caro, Vice President of Development for BAA Boston. “Chef Turano has been satisfying Bostonians taste buds for quite some time and I am excited to try out his scrumptious delicacies.”

The AIRMALL®, in partnership with Dine Boston, developed the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program, in which renowned New England chefs moonlight and create a special menu. This month’s menu will include items such as Moroccan Lamb Flatbread, Tuna Tartar, Spit Roasted Pork Chops, Bacon Wrapped Golden Trout and Butterscotch Banana Tart, each paired with a tasty wine.
