PITTSBURGH, December 12, 2005 – BAA USA has recognized three exceptional AIRMALL® employees through its Quarterly Customer Service Program, in which outstanding customer service is rewarded.
Winners from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Boston’s Logan International Airport and Pittsburgh International Airport have been awarded an all-expense paid trip to South Beach, Florida.
Jos. A. Bank employee, Zakir Uddin Taha from Baltimore/Washington International Airport, Carline Joseph, an employee at Duty Free Americas at Boston’s Logan International Airport, and Pittsburgh International Airport’s Nancy Miller, from Spirit of the Red Horse, won the Quarterly Customer Service Award for demonstrating exemplary customer service.
