PITTSBURGH, November 23, 2005 – BAA Pittsburgh and Hudson Booksellers will host Jim Wexell, author of “Tales from Behind the Steel Curtain,” at a book signing event on Wednesday, November 23 from 2 – 4 p.m. located in the Center Core of the AIRMALL® at Pittsburgh International Airport.
“Tales from Behind the Steel Curtain,” highlights the 1979 Pittsburgh Steelers, a team often referred to as one of the greatest dynasties in sports history. With personal accounts by the players, coaches, scouts, front office and support personal, media and fans, the book gives a comprehensive look at one of the Steelers’ greatest seasons ever.
Sports writer Jim Wexell has written for a variety of publications, from Pro Football Weekly and Game Day Magazine to Steelers Digest and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He is also the lead writer for SteelCitySports.com and provides Steelers news to the Uniontown Herald-Standard and the Johnstown Tribune-Democrat.
